Chart showing max. of 120% instead of 100%

Not sure if I worded the topic title correctly but a bar chart I have created in Excel 2007 shows a maximum of 120% even though none of the source figures are more than 100%. The source data for the chart comes from the table above it - see screenshot attached.

Any idea what I have done wrong and how I can get the chart to stop at 100%?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Right-click the axis, select Format Axis, and set the max scale value.

The max value was set to Automatic and defaulting to 1.2. Have now set it to 1.0 and that has fixed it.
