Hello,

I am trying to duplicate a report in MS Access. On the report I am trying to duplicate is a small bar graph. My table is one record per vendor and then the data I want to graph (service level, lead time, turns and ROI).

How can I get this to graph in Access? I keep creating a graph, but then it shows up as some default stuff or something. I have no idea what it's doing.

I am using Access 2007. I would have thought this would be a very easy graph to create.

Thanks,
Roger

The name(s) in the legend are the name(s) of the field(s) from your query that are in the series area. So if you have the sum of a field in the data area and you want to display it differently, you can do 2 things.
1) Remove it from the series
2) Change the name displayed. To do this change the view to "PivotTable View". Right click on the main header for the column (or row), click on Properties, click on the Caption tab, and change the Item name.

Hope this helps
