Hi everyone,

Here's the situation or goal that I would like to achieve:

Col A = Names
Col B = Preferences Selected

Each person in Col A has to have 4 Preferences. These preferences are not pre-defined but if I have to put them in a list, I don't think that should be a problem.

What I would like to achieve is when I click on a name, their selected preferences should show up.

How can I achieve this?

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

Thank you, VoG.

The only thing I notice here is that for each Category, there is only 1 Item. I'm looking for:
NAME PREFERENCE
Bob Loyalty
Trust
Family
Teamwork
John Commitment
Determination
Integrity
Passion
David Confidence
Trust
Quality
Growth

I hope this gives you an idea of what I'm looking for or what am I missing.

Thanks!
