Hey Guys,

I'm a Digital Marketing Consultant for Online Lead Generation company.

We use PPC advertising on Google and Bing ads.

We have over 10 clients that we do this for on a monthly basis.

I created a Budget tracker, that tracks each clients clicks, impressions, daily budget, and cost that we update daily.

Because AdWords doesn't allow us to cap the budget on a monthly basis, we have to track the budget very closely.

I divide the monthly budget by how many days it will be active in the month, to get my recommended daily budget.

I have managed to do this, to a fair standard in my opinion.

Here is where I need help...

  1. Some clients budget does not start on the first of every month. So this means I have to somehow track how much left in their own personal time. At first thought, I was thinking about working out how many days they have left of the month from when they started, for example if the campaign started on the 12th of February, and then finished on the 12th of March, I would carry the amount of days left over onto the next months budget sheet? If you understand what I mean. I'm not the best at this... So any help is appreciated.
  2. Any tips of tricks, or useful little features that may be useful when it comes to creating this budget tracker.

If you need my test sheet I have created, let me know how to upload it and I'll show you.

Thank you in advance for any help!

- Lacey
