Hi, I'm trying the ms template "Customer service" for collecting data. But
I'm running in a problem.
The error messages is "MS Outlook could not be started. Make sure Outlook is installed and properly set up on your computer". I'm running windows 7 64 bit ultimate and access/outlook 2010. I have enabled the addin in outlook for collecting data but the error persist.
Any help is welcome.
