Hello,

I have an excel workbook with two worksheets.

- Worksheet "A" is simply a full calendar for the year, showing each month and day.
- Worksheet "B" is our PTO schedule for 5 different employees, with columns showing the following data, starting on column B:

PTO Dates
FromToRequested Days
1/22/20161/22/20161
3/14/20163/14/20160.5
11/9/21611/14/20164

<tbody>
</tbody>

For example, taking one full day requires entering the date in "From" and "To"; taking a half-day is noted by simply entering 0.5 in "Requested Days", and a multiple PTO request is entered by entering the dates and only counting the workdays.

***Is there a way to have my calendar in worksheet "A" automatically put in an employee's initials and color code it in the cell for the corresponding days (for example, TY in blue) based on the criteria in the 3 columns above? Currently we are updating the calendar manually.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
