We have opened up a workbook and the column headings that are normally titled by letters are now titled by numbers. The cell address for cell A1 now reads something like (R1)....I don't know what happened, but now all my workbooks have numbers for column headings, but the formulas seem to be working fine.....help please.....

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Thank you for helping me with the column heading mystery.....thank goodness I have the Excel board when I am out of answers!
You are live savers!!!!--Jen
