How to set up ColumnHeads Names into ListBox?

Code:
col_numA = 11

db_x = .Cells(.Rows.Count, "B").End(xlUp).Row
NameArray = ws.Range("A8:K" & db_x)

With lbsourceList
.ColumnCount = col_numA
.ColumnHeads = True
.ColumnWidths = 100
.List = NameArray
.ColumnWidths = "80;200;40;30;30;30;30;30;30;30;30"
.MultiSelect = fmMultiSelectMulti
End With

Becuse now ColumnHeads are visible but empty.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Try changing this
Code:
.List = NameArray

Code:
.ListFillRange = Range("A8:K" & db_x).Address

'or if in Userform
.RowSource = Range("A8:K" & db_x).Address
