thanks Joe, almost had it myself, i was starting to read-up on the function here.I think you can do that pretty easily with the VSTACK function.

So I think your formula would be like:
Excel Formula:=VSTACK(FILTER('Sales'!G:G,'Sales'!P:P=Summary!A1),FILTER('Backlog'!G:G,'Backlog'!I:I=Summary!A1))
