Combining data from multiple workbooks

I have 8 workbooks. 7 to collect the data and 1 to compile. Every workbook has identical tabs, columns, headings, etc. However, each tab has slightly differnt ranges.

(Ex. tab: "BOP" range = B3:O193 | tab: "AUTO" range = B3:K193)

It should be noted that, although the ranges accomodate for 190 rows, the amount of data will change frequently often leaving alot of blank rows. I'm looking for a way to have the data from all 7 workbooks dumped into the 8th workbook, in the appropriate tab, without the blank spaces left in the ranges. So for instance, in tab "BOP", all the workbooks have:

Book1.xls has 38 rows
Book2.xls has 24 rows
Book3.xls has 20 rows
Book4.xls has 30 rows
Book5.xls has 39 rows
Book6.xls has 22 rows
Book7.xls has 33 rows

I need to have all that data dumped into Book8.xls, in the "BOP" tab contiguously resulting in 206 rows of data ("BOP" B3:O209). Any ideas? I'm not opposed to macros but if it can be done without, all the better. If macros are the only way to go, please be specific on how to implement them.

Thanks much!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
