Combo box drop down issue

hey everyone,

I have created a combo down box with 8 names.

It works on my computer but when I send to someone else, a + sign appears on the down arrow and will not allow the user to click on the drop down arrow

I have had them disable various content blocks but the drop down still does not work.

This is 2010.

Any help would be appreciated
