I have a database containing car race results. I'd like to make a form where I could use combo boxes (based on separate tables) to choose a Year, Track, Track Race Number and then have the results displayed in a subform. Is there anyone who could help me with this?

Thanks in advance........Scott

I've run this form and it works very well, but recently added items to the Events table don't show up within the combo boxes. It's almost as if, since I created the form, anything I add to the events table won't show up as an option in the combo boxes. Any ideas on why? The combo boxes are read from the Events table.

Scott, I checked the earlier posts in this thread. If nothing has changed, the new events should still show up -- unless there is a problem with the data.

Take a look at the underlying table and see if anything is missing in the later records.

Back with the combos: Do you have Event only, or the date and other fields as well? Also, do you see the new events in the first combo? (You should, unless the ID is missing) -- in short, what can and can't you see?

It's okay now, I had some additional columns and got some things screwed up, but it's back to normal now.
Thanks, Scott
