If a built-in number format does not meet your needs, you can create a new custom number format that is based on an existing number format and add it to the list of custom number formats.
also i didnt ask for a formatting- genius- i have like 200 separate excel files....
So, it's quicker to copy and paste a formula then to format each one.
Did you ever think of that?
Also, you are assuming that I am an Excel wiz which is just plain-out rude.
