I am tracking terminated employees. I am wanting to automate my dashboard to count the number of employees who are terminated between the weekly date range "Sunday to Saturday" who have been on the job less than 90 days. Is this possible using the IF statements?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

Yes. Use IF(AND(conditin1,condition2),count() Or you can try a countif formula. Provide more details about your sheet. As in what cells contain the info

Here is a screen shot of the term information. The Data As of Date is the Saturday of the date range for the latest one I pulled. As you can see once the Term date is populated and the Column Y formula
is applied, it fills in the days, column Z and column AA. So for this last dashboard my date range was from Sunday 8/14/22 to 8/20/22. We look at term employees each week.

Thank you for the help.

If the term date is within the date range specified and the # of days is less 90 then I want to count it.
