Conditional drop down list help

Hi all,

This seems to be something fairly straightforward, but I cannot seem to find an answer, must not be using the correct key words.

Anyhow, I have two columns of data, column 'A' being employee name, 'B' being Y or N. I am trying to create a drop down list for all entries in column 'A', only if they have a 'Y' listing in column 'B'.

Can I do this within data validation, or do I need to address this another way?

Thanks!
