conditional format based on other cell value

Hi could someone help with conditional format please.
Would like cells G4 to S4 to highlight if larger than D1.
I cant figure out the formula

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
