Hello

I'm trying to format the cells in two columns in my pivot table ("HourSummary") based on the text in said cell, but when I use the normal conditional formatting and then refresh it it disappears.
I want all "Yes" cells to be Green Fill with Dark Green Text. And all "No" cells to be Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text. Needs to refresh each time I refresh the table.
Happy to use VBA to achieve this.
Thanks

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Solved by going through Conditional Formatting Manager (slowly!).
