Hi Excel people !

I've tried a few times but I can't figure it out.

With the help of conditional Formatting I would like to check if a KPI is on target.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
The methode I'd like to use is "traffic light" methode.
The conditional formatting should be created based on a match with 2 criteria.
The first criteria is that the cel with the formatting searches in the correct quarter. (Tried to do that with line 4.)
Second criteria, once the first match is found, Excel should apply conditional formatting.

When the value in the cel >=1,1* target the traffic light should be turned RED.
When the value in the cel <1,1 * target, but >=1,0 * target then the traffic light should turn to Orange.
When the value in the cel <1,0 * target the traffic light should turn to Green.

I've tried to attached a file so you can see were the problem is but I'd have to find somewhere to upload my file.
