Conditional Formatting Across Columns in Pivot Table

Hi All,

I have a pivot table that looks roughly like this:

I was hoping to format the scores in the 2nd-4th week columns based on whether they went up or down from the previous week using conditional formatting. So for Person A, week 2 would be red (because the avg score went down) but week 3 would be green (because the avg score went up).

Is this possible? I can't seem to make it work with Excel 2007.

Thanks!
