Hi All,

My worksheet shows me the date I last held a meeting at a list of customers (column F shows the date).

If any of the dates in the column are over 3 years old (from today) I would like the date to turn red.

I have tried various options within conditional formatting but can't quite get it right.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi, try this conditional formatting formula for your column F:
=F1<DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-3,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY()))

Sorry, I should have noted that my response will be truncated if I did not put a space before/after "<" sign... here's the complete formula :)
=F1 < DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-3,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY()))
