Hi All,

I've looked through Google and this forum but can't find an answer to this specific issue. Apologies if it was out there and I missed it. I'm not an expert by any means, my formulas may look convoluted.

I have columns like these where they highlight to different colors based on dates in other columns. I was successful using DATEDIF but then realized I need this to ignore the weekends.

I have tried the following formula and although Excel accepts it, it isn't ignoring the weekends. Also, I tried WORKDAY instead of WEEKDAY but it wasn't successful.

I greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
No, the result of DATEDIF ($E2,$S$2, "d") is the number of days, not Date, cannot be an argument of the WEKNUM function.
