Is it possible to do conditional formatting on bubble charts? For example, if the size of the bubble is tied to a column named "Population", can the color of the bubble change for different ranges of populations?

I am using Excel 2000.

Thanks in advance.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
