Hi Guys...

Please help, I'm trying to use the =AND formula to conditional format values in E column based on multiple conditons. e.g If E1 is equal to (Condition 1 is E1>= B1 )and (condition 2 is E1< C1) colour cell red.

<C1) green.
So the formula I'm trying and excel is rejecting is =AND(>=$D$82,<$E$82)

A
B
C
D
E
1
.=0 <1
0
1
2
.=1<2
1
2
3
.>2
2
100

<TBODY>
</TBODY>

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Just did a quick test and mine seemed to work:

Formula I tried:
Code:
=AND(E1>=D1, E1 < C1)
<c1)[ code]<c1)[="" code]<="" html=""></c1)[>

Thanks Peter and Chris,both worked but I'm sure i had tried both those variations before but neither worked. Hay How, guess i was doing something wrong which is usually the case with me and Excel.

Much appreciated!!
