I get two reports.
One is parts details
One is a summary that shows parts open for shipment.
I might have details on 30 parts but only 5 are ready to ship. \
So I want to highlight the first 5 of the 30 so I can quickly set up shipping.
Everytime I set down to do it I think I can countif it and it ends up all or nothing.
I've pulled out all my hair. Please take pity on a bald guy... Thank you very much for looking.

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
It is much easier to get helpers if you provide your sample data in a form that can be copied for testing.
MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.

See if this is what you want.

22 10 08.xlsm
ABCDEFGHIJ

3Part APart A1
4Part APart B4
5Part B

Thank you for your help. I will be sure to install it and use it in the future.
