I am looking for a way where I could consolidate inputs from multiple user (with different network and environment) to one excel file (Database) stored on the cloud.

Is this possible with VBA?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Why not? It is difficult to give suggestions without any information as to why something won't work and what you have tried and what your needs are.
