Consolidate several columns into one (formula solution please)

Greetings of harmony,
I have the following situation and I'm trying to do this using a PC with Excel 2007.

I would like this:
TNOOCOEIMIT
HKUMHRLNEH
AYSUFHPGWTHIS :)

To look like this:
