I have 4 trial balances, that I need to Consolidate. Each Trial Balance has 3 columns i.e account no, Description and an amount column

Not all the Trial Blances have the same account Numbers. When activating the Data Consolidate, the figures are correct on the consolidated report, but the data consolidate does not pull in the descriptions.

Is there any way that I can pull in the descriptions on the data consolidate or how can I do this?

Your assistance in this regard will be most appreciated

Hi Steve

The data is consolidated from 4 different files, so it may be rather large

Would it be possible to email the files to you? If so please provide your email address.
