Converting Date to ISO Date time format

Hey, hope someone can assist.
I have csv file with columns which have date in this format below.
Is there a way to convert it to ISO format like YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000
Thanks for your help.

Would something like this work for you?
Column B is custom formatted as yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.000

ISO Date Time

Cell Formulas
Range	Formula
B2:B3	B2	=LEFT(SUBSTITUTE(A2,",",""),11)+RIGHT(A2,8)
