I am having a hard time finding a good solution for this.

I need to simply copy an entire row and paste it to the end of a row of another sheet.

logic: if cell contains date between today()-120 then copy entire row and paste row at the bottom of another sheet.

lol I hope that makes sense. Any ideas?

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
try that... adjust as needed... select the range with the dates first!

Rich (BB code):
Sub Hey()
    For Each cell in Selection
        If CDate(cell.Value) >= Date - 120 Then
            cell.EntireRow.Copy
            With Sheets("Sheet2")
                .Paste Destination:=.Rows(.Range("A1048576").End(xlUp).Row + 1)
            End With
        End If
    Next cell
End Sub
