Copy from Notepad and paste to Excel VBA Help

I literally just need to open a specific file in notepad called MPS100 and copy all of its data into cell A1 in excel but I cant get the syntax down. I need the simplest way to do it, hopefully just a simple select.copy and select.paste or something not too complex.

Assuming your text file is >>>>> "C:\TestFolder\MPS100.txt"

Try this code;

Sub GetData()
    TxtFile = "C:\TestFolder\MPS100.txt"
    Open TxtFile For Input As #1
    Do While Not EOF(1)
        Line Input #1, InputData
        LastRowA = Cells(65536, 1).End(xlUp).Row
        Cells(LastRowA + 1, 1) = InputData
    Loop
    Close #1
End Sub
