copy qty's from sheet1 to sheet2 w/ diff layout

Hi!
My boss wants me to update daily 2 files with almost the same content but with entirely different format.
I think theres less error & I can do tons of other work if I can only update file 1 & file 2 automatically updates itself.
Im a new to formulas so this one is complicated for me. Can anyone help?

part 1
if D4 (of sheet1) has cell qty, then get qty & copy it to e4 (in sheet 2)
also copy corresponding A4, B4 & C4 (of sheet1) to B4, C4 & D4 (in
sheet2)
also copy D3 (of sheet1) to corresponding A4 (in sheet2)

part 2
if AB4 (of sheet1) has cell qty, then find & match corresponding B4 & C4
(of sheet1) to columns C & D (in sheet2),
if match is found and if corresponding F (in sheet2) is blank, get & copy
AB4 (of sheet1) to corresponding F (in sheet2)
also copy AB3 (of sheet1) to G (cell next to corresponding F (in sheet2)
if corresponding F (in sheet2) is not blank,but corresponding H (in
sheet2) is blank get & copy AB4 to corresponding H (in sheet2)
also AB3 (of sheet1) to I (in sheet2)
if corresponding H (in sheet2) is still not blank,but corresponding
J (in sheet2) is blank get & copy AB4 to corresponding J
also copy AB3 (of sheet1) to K (in sheet2)
and so on for L & M, N & O, P & Q etc

note:
row 3 are fixed & part of heading in sheet1
