Copy row data to specific other sheet based on cell colour of specific column

I am using excel to manage some small projects and want to use a hyperlink on the front sheet to show the incomplete /completed /not started projects I use 4 colours to show which stage a project is at red, yellow, green, grey. if I want to show all incomplete projects I want to click the link on the cPanel(front page essentially) and it takes me to a sheet where only the projects which were previously marked by the relevant colour will be shown.
