Copy specific rows from one excel file to another

Hi MrExcel,

I am struggling with that how to code this scenario: I have data in original file, these data are starting in row below cell "Groups" in column A, and end in the row before cell "Data" in column A. I have to copy them to the other excel file, to the sheet with the same name and as in the original file and same column (A). I need to copy it to newly created rows, in order to not overwrite the data below. Specific case is that it should be pasted after last record in the new file. It would be ideal, if you can help me also with section in code to highlight duplicates, if there occur any.
