Copying Command Button Not Supporting Relative Cell Linking

I am Excel lightweight stuck after looking for days to solve a copy problem with command buttons (option button and spinner). I am creating a 25 year model by creating one year's matrix and then copying it onto the same worksheet 25 times. The copy and paste function does not appear to honor the relative cell linking. The cell link does allow you to use the absolute ($) reference and the relative reference, but when copying it seems to enforce the absolute reference all the time. This means 13 or so buttons on a page, times 25 becomes a manual linking process. Way too much work. What am I missing? Is there a workaround for this? Like maybe a macro that forces the cell link to become the cell the button is sitting in? I'm going nuts on this one. Thank you.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
