I have an excel spreadsheet that is about 13,500 rows. I need to copy data in a particular column. For example, in cell A13 there is a value of "2034586" cells A14 through A18 are blank. Then is cell A19 there is another value "4359874" followed by a number of blank cells. I need to populate the blank cells with with the proceeding value. Is there a function to do this?

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Select the entire column, then use the Go To -> Special feature, and choose "blanks". Once only the blank cells are selected, point the first one to the above. So in other words, press = then arrow up. Press Ctrl+Enter to populate all blank cells with this formula. Select the entire column once again, copy, do Paste Special -> Values.
