I need to copy many columns. And when I paste, ideally, I'd like to use one command to paste them but also duplicating each one. Like this:

I will have columns with data in words like --
word | car | boat | bike |

And ideally, after I paste, I would like to get --
word | word | car | car | boat | boat | bike | bike

Is this possible, easily? Thank you!!

Try this:
VBA Code:
Sub Insert_Columns()
'Modified  5/13/2021  1:26:29 PM  EDT
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim i As Long
    For i = 1 To 68 Step 2
        Columns(i).Offset(, 1).Insert
        Columns(i).Copy Columns(i).Offset(, 1)
    Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
