correlating volatile dates and static numbers

I need to create a worksheet that shows only the past 90 days. i've been playing with the =today() functions to roll the dates. Within the past 90days i need to track how many hours individuals worked. The employees are only allowed to work so many hours within the 90 days to make sure they don't go over their hours and give an alert when they're within so many hours of hitting their cap for the 90 day period. is there a way to roll the number of hours worked per day to stay with the the changing dates?

What I posted doesn't apply to what you are trying to do. You should be able to build a spreadsheet with 90 columns for what you want and then total the number of hours.

A listbox is a pull down menu which contains a list. RowSource is the area on a spreadsheet the is used to populate the listbox.
