Count of percentages between 2 columns

I am feeling very very rusty today. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to count the number of percentages that I have when figuring the percentages between two columns.

I have two columns that come from a SQL table (A is the denominator, B is the numerator) and they equate to X percent. I need to count the number entries that are 10%, 20%, etc.

I envision 10 lines on another sheet each line with its own formula giving me 100% of my population.

if you are just doing the % calculation in column c and they all come out to 10,20,30 etc... then just do =countif(range,10%)

Can I not get what I want without the need for column C? I was thinking something with a countifs but I have not been successful thus far. If this is my only solution I can create the C column.
