Hi,

I found this formula on the internet, which counts the number of weeks between two dates. =INT((F5-D5)/7)

Is there a formula that will display 10.3 weeks if it is 10 weeks and 3 days between the two dates?

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
The int lops off the remaining days.

A decimal would not be right in that it is not 30% of a week. but 3 days is 42% of a week.

The more correct answer would be to just remove the INT

But if you Really want it, try
==INT((F5-D5)/7)+MOD(((F5-D5)/7),1)*7/10
