Count values based on multiple criteria

I have a complain log sheet, i want to count values based on two columns but output should showed on different sheet in the same workbook. Please help me to create formula.

Ranges:
'July 2013'!J3:J101 = "Resolved"
'July 2013'!K3:K101 = "Yes"

=SUMPRODUCT(('July 2013'!J3:J101="Resolved")*('July 2013'!K3:K101="Yes"))
