On a long list, I'm trying to count only cells that are higher than the cell above it. (making a formula for every cell (B1>A1) wouldn't work).
On a 'Daily sales' list, I would like to see how many days the sales increased compared to the day before.
Same goes the opposite way, I would like to see how many days the sales decreased compared to the day before.
Your help is greatly appreciated

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Have you tried what I suggested in post#3?

It's called a double unary & it converts True, false values to 1 & 0 respectively.
