Countifs with multiple, multiple criteria

Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(Mondays_Report[PLN Complete],"no",Mondays_Report[AOR],H3,Mondays_Report[PLN-BD SchFin],"<"&TODAY())+COUNTIFS(Mondays_Report[PLN ActFin],"<>"&"",Mondays_Report[AOR],H3,Mondays_Report[PLN-BD SchFin],"<"&TODAY())

Current formula works as it should, but.. Now i need to add one more criteria & i cant figure it out for nothing.

I need to add another cell reference to filter on...as of now Im filtering on [AOR] now i also need to filter on [BLOCK]

ABSOLUTLEY perfect...! May I ask one more favor? help with incorporating (G3) in the next two formulas?
