Hello all,

I have a spreadsheet that I am trying to count the number of days in one column from last entry to TODAY(). I have a date column and then a second column that has delivery amounts. This second column is ONLY used when a delivery is made. I would like to count the number of days from last delivery to TODAY(). I can get the CountBlank to work, but not as a floating count. Also, is there a way to make it so that the formula covers the entire column, but only returns from the last delivery thru current date?

Thank you for your help,

Joe

ok... copied, pasted, value returns as true.

Copied your formula into the cell in the purchase column corresponding to 3/30/17. Should return 16 -- returns 0. Used Tetra201's formula in the cell corresponding to 3/31/17. Should return 17 -- returns 3115.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

Do you now 0's in the purchases column?

no, all cells except the ones that have delivery information, are blank. Also, I do not have "0" cells set to be blank. If a cell has a "0" it will show.

If the purchase values are true numbers, the formula will pick out the last entry and return the corresponding true date and suubtract this date from today's date. For such to happen, the data must satisfy the requirements.

I finally got the array to work. Paying attention to what column I was working with was paramount. Thank you all for the assistance.
