Need Help Coverting 16.80 to HH:MM

I need help to convert a time that is represented with hour.hundredthofanhour (eg 16.80) to hour:minutes (prefer it to be military time).

So in this example, 16.80 would equate to 1648 (in military time).

I am would like to type 16.80 (the time is given to me) and have it translate to 1648 (or 16:48) in the same cell when I press enter.

thanks for your help. Kevin

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
With 16.80 entered in A1, use:

=TIME(INT(A1), MOD(A1,1)*60, 0)

Format the cell to HH:MM
