Create 52 folders one for each week of the year?

Good day to all!

I'm in trouble, My knowledge is limited and I don't know how to tackle this one, Here it goes:

I have a daily sheet [Template] which is used numerous times during the day, it gets saved with the chosen name-date-time and printed to the specified printer and folder, That's all good the problem is I don't know how to create 52 folders, one for each week of the year, so that a macro chooses the right folder [meaning for the current week] and sent it there.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I tried to put part of your code into mine but it doesn't help. VB still jumps around.

Hello to all, I can believe how vast is the amount of knowledge you guys have, this site is by far one of the best sites when it comes to Excel Stuff.

I accomplished what I was looking for. One little detail I missed is I wanted to display the folder name as: Week 40 Oct 1-7-06, Week 41 Oct 8-14-06 and so on. What do I need to add to jindon's code for that change?

you could try this;

myWeekNum = CInt(Format(Date,"ww",1))
