Create a DAX Field to use in a PowerPivot.

I want to create a template for a Power Query/PowerPivot Power Query file to create a comparison between price sheets that I "Get Data" from in a Folder. In the folder there will be more than 2 excel files that are over 70,000 lines. I am stuck where I am trying to create a Field that has a measure that returns the Price sheet Date and the price on that sheet. I can then use Power Pivot to do calculations against those 2 new fields. Can anyone help me with the formula? Thanks. Here is a 2-minute video reviewing the data and the
