Hi, I've been trying to create a drop down list using the following formula where PROJECTLIST = LISTS!$G$2:$G$71 or G:G (I have tried both)
If I just use the PROJECTLIST array for the drop down list it shows everything, if I use the formula below it only returns 47 entries - is there a limit to using Offset?

=OFFSET(INDEX(PROJECTLIST,MATCH("YES",YESLIST,0)),,,COUNTIF(YESLIST,"YES"))

Any help in sorting this out would be much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
You've only said what the formula DOES, and that it's not what you want it to do...
But what is it that you DO WANT the formula to actually DO?

What range does YESLIST refer to?

Apologies, the aim of this little exercise is to show a list of current contracts.

col1 col2
YES Contract 1
No Contract 2
YES Contract3
YES Contract4

(col1 = YESLIST array)

in an ideal world this would return only contracts 1, 3 and 4 which it does perfectly, until you add more than 47 lines at which point it returns the correct values and then cuts off so 30 ish live contracts are note shown in the drop down list. The arrays reference the full column or the specified rows (I tried both ways) but when in the OFFSET formula it only picks up those 47 rows before cutting off (when it should select up to row 71)
