I want to create either a master sheet or master form that will allow me to send information to a specific sheet depending on a certain response from a drop down list.
If someone were to fill out the form and then choose "sheet one" from the drop down list, I want it to go to sheet one.

I've been able to accomplish everything I want besides this circumstantial button. :(

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
.
.

Supposing your dropdown list is located in cell A1, then you could place the following macro in the code module corresponding to your worksheet:

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

    If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then
        ThisWorkbook.Sheets(Me.Range("A1").Value).Activate
    End If

End Sub
