Creating line graph with one list where locations change

I can't recall what trick I used in the past to have Excel automatically recognize that a location has changed in a list such that Excel create another series on the same graph. Example data below. It should be a simple value vs. time for each location.

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
Is this data in a TABLE or Simply a list (I am thinking it is just a list).

By using a Table the underlying data for the pivot tables and charts can be refreshed easily.

The first image is your data, converted into a table, pivoted, and charted.

The second is a new row entered on the table and data refreshed.
