Currency converter

I want to make a currency converter in excel, that uses yahoo finance, but I want to obtain the amount that I would get if I bought us Dollars from the bank in HNL, SLV, etc.
I found this on the web:

, but this gives me the rate that the bank would give me if I bought gave the bank dollars and they would give me Lempiras (HNL), and I want the value that I would actually have to pay the bak if I gave lempiras and wanted to get dollars.
Can someone please tell me how to do this?

All you need do is just take the reciprocal of the figure quoted. Take 1 and divide it by the quote to get the inverse rate.

I think I didn't explain myself correctly. I want the rate at which I would buy $ not sell them, and yahoo finance gives me that rate. I checked the rate that my bank is using and its the same as the one yahoo finance uses, but as I said that one is to sell dollars to the bank, not to buy dollars.
Is there a way for me to get the purchase price of dollars in yahoo finance and place it in an excel spreadsheet?

If you examine this page, you can see that the prices quoted are not necessarily the bids and asks. I'm pretty sure that the currency pair HNL/USD price (i.e., last trade) is the exact inverse of the USD/HNL price (i.e., last trade).
